Oops! This batch of our beloved Extraordinary Thigh Highs just isn't quite as extraordinary as they're supposed to be! With a shorter length and less stretchy cuff construction, these still make great thigh highs or OTKs on smaller legs, but their sizing range is more limited than the usual construction.
On the other hand, petite folks looking for a thigh high that's not so long might find these to be the perfect fit!
